DELIVERY INFORMATION

All addresses in Sri Lanka are serviced by us. For delivery arrangements, a complete postal address is necessary. Island wide delivery typically occurs in 2 to 5 working days. Orders delivered within the Jaffna region require just 1–3 working days.
Please be aware that it could take a little longer during unavoidable circumstances like weather and fuel shortages in the country.

Delivery Fee

Bank transfer - Rs.300 for Island wide Delivery
Cash on delivery - Rs.420 for Island wide Delivery

Our employees will work hard to deliver your delivery within the commitment period once we receive your purchase, but it might take a little longer if there are unavoidable conditions like bad weather or a fuel shortage in the country.
The shipping address and order date will affect the delivery times. When your order leaves our shop, we will send you an email and a text message.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You have 07 days to request an exchange after receiving an item.
Option 01: Return through Courier

Step 01 : You have to request return through our website if the product purchased has an appropriate return policy.

Step 02 : We will revise and let you know once your purchase can be return accepted or rejected through our website, you can view through your profile and also you will get notified through mail and SMS.

Step 03 : if the purchase return accepted, you can post it back to us within 2-3 working days, Please Email/WhatsApp us the Courier/Postal receipt of your package. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping fee.

Step 04 : Once we have received the package, after reviewed the purchase amount will be changed into wallet points and it will be added to your account. You can simply redeem the wallet points for the next purchase.

Option 02 - Exchange from our physical store

Please bring the product within 7 days after receiving it to the Stylish collection outlet along with the invoice you received and the ordered item that you wish to exchange. The exchange will be carried out based on the policies and options set out below.

**Note**
Your request to exchange more than one time for the same order is not taken into consideration. Also can return only if the product have the return policy.
